The Law Office of Eileen R. Fitzgerald was started in an effort to provide outstanding legal service to clients in a personalized manner. The primary emphasis of the firm is Elder Law, which includes wills, estate planning, guardianships, probate, health care decisions, independent living options, financing long term health care, trusts, powers of attorney and Medicaid benefits. Eileen also handles residential real estate transactions for her elder law clients. 

Clients will benefit from Eileen’s integrity, honesty and dependability. She is committed to high standards of service and prompt attention to individual legal needs. Confidentiality between Eileen and her clients is of utmost importance. She is aware that a successful attorney-client relationship is based on continuous communication, therefore, she welcomes your calls. 

Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The office closes early on Friday during the summer. If necessary, evening appointments are available. Eileen makes “house calls” to home bound clients as well as those in a nursing home or hospital.
